With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, I am passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through education and preventive care. Growing up along the shoreline of Connecticut, I was inspired by my father, a highly respected oral surgeon, to pursue a career in dentistry. My mission is to improve overall health through exceptional care and to help every patient feel confident in their smile.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my daughter, Madison Ellie.
In addition, she is a licensed Florida Realtor with 11 years of accounting experience, bringing a unique combination of financial insight, organizational skill, and client-focused service. Meet Amanda Bacha, Dr. Bacha’s daughter!
Amanda is currently working as a dental assistant with the goal of becoming a dentist one day. Her passion for dentistry blossomed through hands-on learning and her love for art, allowing her to blend precision and creativity in patient care.
With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Amanda discovered her love for connecting with patients but found her true calling in the close-knit, transformative world of dentistry.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Dental Science from Nova Southeastern University, Amanda began working as a dental assistant in 2024. Fun Fact: Amanda was a proud member of the UCF Marching Knights and loved the adrenaline rush of performing in large stadiums!

Meet Shelby, our dedicated and compassionate dental assistant. Shelby brings over 17 years of dental assisting experience and has been with the office for 1 year. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and Expanded Functions Certification after graduating from Lincoln College of Technology. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Shelby skillfully assists with a wide range of procedures from general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and implants. She also maintains strict sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for every patient.
Shelby’s greatest joy is making patients feel at ease in the dental chair. She excels at building rapport with nervous patients and takes time to explain each step of a procedure. Her kind and reassuring nature helps transform anxious feelings into a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.

With a diverse professional background spanning leadership, healthcare, hospitality, outreach, and service in the U.S. Air Force, Ian brings a people-first approach to practice operations. He focuses on strengthening the systems behind the scenes—from the patient experience and team workflows to business operations, community relationships, and practice growth.
Ian believes that great healthcare starts with genuine human connection. Whether helping solve a problem for a patient, supporting the dental team, or finding a better way to do something, his goal is to make every interaction with Jupiter Advanced Dentistry feel personal, organized, and welcoming.
Outside the office, Ian is a father of two who enjoys cooking, mountain biking, football, video games, and anything that gets the adrenaline going. Naturally curious and always looking for the next challenge, he’s just as happy learning something new as he is finding his next adventure.
