Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that our patients often have questions about dental care, insurance, treatments, and what to expect during their visit to our office. That’s why we’ve compiled answers to the most common questions we hear at Jupiter Advanced Dentistry. Whether you’re a new patient or have been with us for years, this page is designed to provide you with quick and clear information. If you don’t see your question listed, our team is always happy to help.

Where is your office located?
Jupiter Advanced Dentistry is conveniently located at 500 Maplewood Drive, Suite B1, in Jupiter, Florida.
What insurances does your office accept?
We are in-network with many major PPO insurance providers and can also help patients utilize out-of-network benefits when available. Although we do not accept Medicaid, our insurance specialist will be happy to review your plan, assist with the paperwork, and help you maximize your coverage. Please call us at (561) 746-8095 to confirm your provider.
I don’t have dental insurance. How can I save money on dental care?
We believe quality dentistry should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer our in-house Smile Program, which gives patients without insurance access to preventive care and discounted services for one annual fee.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes! If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, call us in the morning and we’ll make sure you’re seen the very same day. This service is available to both new and returning patients, as well as visitors to the Jupiter area. No one should have to wait when they’re in pain.
My teeth are in terrible shape, and I’m embarrassed to go to the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our office is a no-judgment zone, and we welcome patients at every stage of their dental health journey. Dr. Bacha and her compassionate team will work with you to create a plan that fits your needs, goals, and budget. We’re here to help you feel confident in your smile again.
I am terrified of the dentist. Do you work with dental anxiety patients?
Yes, we regularly work with patients who experience dental anxiety. Our caring team uses a gentle approach, soothing amenities, and clear communication to help you feel at ease. For patients with more severe anxiety, we also offer oral sedation for extra comfort.
What is preventive dentistry?
Preventive dentistry focuses on protecting your natural teeth and catching issues early before they become serious. This includes routine checkups, cleanings, and patient education to help you maintain long-term oral health. Regular preventive care is the most effective way to avoid costly, complex treatments later on.
What types of cosmetic dentistry services do you offer?
We provide a full range of cosmetic treatments to help you achieve your ideal smile. Options include teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, implant-crowns, full-mouth restorations, Teeth-In-A-Day options, and implant-supported dentures (also known as snap-in dentures). Whatever your goals, we’ll help design a treatment plan that gives you a confident, beautiful result.
